The technical solution adopted to achieve the above purpose is:
A UFTRAK circular rail circular conveying device for handle production lines, comprising a support frame and a conveying line mounted on the support frame. The conveying line includes a UFTRAK circular rail circular track, with multiple fixture components spaced along the circular track. A main turntable and an auxiliary turntable are located at both ends of the circular track, with a drive motor installed at the bottom of the main turntable.
The main turntable and the auxiliary turntable are interconnected by a drive belt. One side of the fixture component is fixed to the drive belt, and the bottom of the fixture component is connected to the circular track via multiple rollers. Under the action of the drive belt,
the fixture moves along the circular track via the rollers. A positioning cylinder is located on one side of the circular track.
The fixture component includes a base, with a fixture fixed on the base. The rollers are fixed to the bottom of the base via a fixing plate. One end of the fixing plate has a drive belt fastener, and the other end has a positioning block that cooperates with the positioning cylinder.
The drive belt fastener is located on the inner side of the circular track, while the positioning block is located on the outer side.
The outer side of the positioning block has a positioning groove, and the front end of the positioning cylinder has a positioning bump corresponding to the positioning groove.
The side of the UFTRAK circular rail has an inclined surface, and at the connection point between the roller and the circular track, there is a "V"-shaped groove that matches the inclined surface.
Multiple sensors are installed on the support frame corresponding to the fixture components.
An origin sensor is installed at the drive motor.
The circular conveying device for handle production lines operates on a predetermined circular track with limited degrees of freedom. The UFTRAK circular rail has low friction, and the base on the system is connected to the belt,
driven precisely by a servo motor, supplemented by cylinder docking and limiting each time it stops, ensuring highly accurate positioning every time.
The base and the circular rail rely on V-shaped rails and V-shaped rollers for movement.
The connection between the base and the belt is secured by screws between components.
The auxiliary positioning cylinder is a slide cylinder, which features guidance and precise positioning.
The origin sensor controls the number of steps the motor rotates to determine the movement position.
Sensors determine whether there is a product on the fixture.
This facilitates the operation of external machinery in the system.
